Less is More Week 8 Sketch

Good morning, well I managed to make a card yesterday to enter into the Less is More week 8 sketch challenge - but by the time I had finished it was too dark to photograph so waited until this morning - not that it is much better its grey and gloomy here!  "Why aren't you using your new portable light thingy" you might be thinking - well yes I should but I didn't have time this morning!  I'm in the middle of changing around my craft room and a new desk is on its way (hopefully today actually!) and then I can get my sewing machine, cricut machine and portable photo thingy all put out on the desk ready for action without having to run downstairs to use the dining room table.  Once I've got it organised I'm sure some photos will be proudly displayed on my blog!!!!  Anyway back to the challenge.......

    I bet you can't wait to get your new desk installed with all your essential equipment to hand. It will make the construction of cards like this pretty one much easier.
    The lace strip and medallion are sitting a little higher than I would have placed them, but maybe that's just my view!

    Colours are so fab and very on trend. Loving your chandelier, such a delicate image and the pearls add just the right amount of bling. The black ribbon lace is a perfect backdrop for your very elegant card.
