Kaboodle Doodle Challenge 101 - Fireworks

Hi everyone well its Monday and we are now in our second week of 2012 - not long until the Olympics..... I think by the time it comes around we will all be sick of hearing about it won't we - or am I turning into a grumpy old woman!!!

Well its Kaboodles challenge time again and this week the theme is Fireworks and our sponsor this week is Meljens Designs:-

We I gotta tell you I found this one quite tricky as I don't have any stamps with fireworks on them.  So after a bit of Google and YouTube searching I found a few tutorials after numerous attemps with a pencil and paper I decided that to really get the effect I would just have to take the plunge and do it direct with ink and glitter onto black paper and hey presto I'm now an "expert" in drawing fireworks (he he).  Got quite carried away adding more little lines and different glitters and for once the rule "less is more" need not apply!!!!

I thought that the "celebrate" sentiment would work well with this image and don't you just love gorgeous satin bows.......  So that's it from me ..... over to you would love to see what you create.
