I don't have "fringe" scissors so you can image that took a little patience to cut all those bits - which hopefully will be reminding you of grass!!! - LOL! My bp's I picked up at a craft shop sale and I dont know who they are made by so that is not very helpful eh.

Your card is fantastic, Tina! You've got some wonderful color and texture going on here, and the added pop the rhinestones give this is the perfect touch! So pretty!
