Daring Cardmakers challenge # First Friday colour Combo1

Hi all still busying myself making some cards and I want to enter this weeks challenge over at Daring Cardmakers this is the colour combo board

Just by chance I made a card today that has all these colours in it - what a bit of luck wouldn't you say!!  So here is my card:-

The crystal flourishes I used here are by ZVA Creative.  I won them recently on a blog hop - they are soooo gorgeous and I got quite a few packs too - very generous - thanks again to Carole for picking me to win her prize!

Daring Cardmakers - Going Postal

Afternoon everyone!

Hope you are all having a great Saturday and enjoying the lovely weather (well its been a beautiful day here in Essex).  I've been really busy on the crafting front the last couple of days - had quite a few orders to fulfil and have finished all but 2 cards - so pretty pleased with myself!

Thought I would enter the Daring Cardmakers challenge this week - haven't entered that one for a while....  So the theme this week is Going Postal so you have to incorporate either a real, stamped or die cut stamp on to your card and here is my entry:-

The background for this card I created myself using masks and distress inks.  I also added some gorgeous new trim that I purchased on Thursday - yummy!  The main image is a stamp I borrowed from a friend on one of our crafting days!  The sentiment is computer generated and the "stamp" is from a set made by Artemio.

Daring Cardmakers Seeing Silhouettes

Daring Cardmakers Challenge: Ice & Snow

I'm so excited, I've just found out that I'm one of the lucky winners of last week's challenge over at Daring Cardmakers how cool is that......

Talking of cool this week's challenge has the theme Ice & Snow so here is my entry for this weeks challenge and with all this hot weather its quite nice to think of Ice and Snow!!!!!!!!!!!! I've stamped the image in a lovely "cool and icy" looking ink called Mountain Lake (VersaColour)and highlighted most of the image with my Glamour Dust (Crystal) so it looks like twinkling bits of snow!

Don't know about you but I just LOVE this stamp which is by Papermaina. I saw it last year but couldn't get it, but was lucky enough to get it this year when they brought it out again (I think due to popular demand). I know this is going to be heavily used on my Xmas cards this year...

Anniversary Card and Daring Cardmakers Challenge

Here is a card that I've made for my friends upcoming 1st Wedding Anniversary (I had the pleasure of making all of her wedding invitations last year for her wedding). I also noticed that Daring Cardmakers "Anniversary" Challenge this week so thought I would enter it into that too!
