Less is More Week 38

Good morning all your LIMettes well its another great challenge over at Less is More this week by the lovely Chrissie and Mandi and the theme is:-

"This week we have a really easy recipe which is simply
POLKA DOTS
As long as your design is Clean and Simple, has some white space (or its equivalent) and polka dots in evidence somewhere, it will be perfect for this challenge"

Both Chrissie and Mandi have once again inspired us all with some wonderful creations of there own, and by looking at the entries so far, it has sparked so much inspiration from all you LIMettes - me included!!!  Well so on to my card - I awoke really early yesterday morning and this is when my card idea "popped" into my head (love it when that happens) and I'm so pleased with how it has come out - exactly like my "mind's eye" if you know what I mean!!

So here it is:-
The gorgeous digi image is from Pink Petticoat (love, love, love!) I made a slit in the card to feed through my paper to make it look like it was on the sewing machine!
I created my own wording in Word using the technique that I picked up from Mandi and Chrissie!  Can you see I made "dotty" in outline so that I could add my "dots" to add to the polka dot effect of the card!
My card blank is from Craftwork Cards and I chose it for this make because it has this lovely pretty dotty bottom edge!

So thats me done.  I will be over to leave some comments on some of your gorgeous creations and so until then...

Happy Crafting

Fantastic card Tina, that's a cute idea to add a piece of paper to look like sewn material :) Brilliant job with the sentiment as well.

I absolutely love what you have done with this Pink Petticoat image. I have that image too but never got around to doing much with it! (Maybe I will now!!)

How creative! I love that little piece of fabric on the sewing machine and your sentiment rocks! What kind of printer do you have? Mine doesn't do card stock very well.
