Hi LIMetts
Another week has flown by and we have another great challenge from Chrissie and Mandi over at Less is More. This week its a sketch challange and this is the sketch:-
And here is my take on it:-
To create my "shabby" flowers I die cut 4 large and 4 small scallop circles from each colour of tissue paper, scrunched them up pierced each with a sparkly brad and then added some extra sparkle by dabbing glossing accents over the tissue paper and then pouring over the glamour dust. I then stamped a little swirl either side of the middle flower.
As I type this a thunder storm has arrived and its chucking it down, but actually I'm quite pleased for the cool air blowing in through the window! Hopefully will sleep better tonight if the temp goes down. Last night was horrendous (I know now why I always get air conditioning when I go abroad!!!!!)
Anyway I'll be paying some of you LIMetts a visit and to do some commenting a little later, until then....
Happy Crafting
Tina
